<div>As a Clinical Accounts Executive, you will serve as the primary link between Lucence’s pioneering liquid biopsy technology and the oncology community. <div><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS</strong></div>

<li>At least a Bachelor’s degree in life science, biology, business or marketing.</li>
<li>At least 5 years of experience working with major cancer centers and clinics, oncology Group Purchasing Organisation (GPOs), large health systems, International Health &amp; Development Networks ( IHDNs), and large oncology practices.</li>
<li>Proven track record and examples of exceeding sales goals.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine and reimbursement.</li>
<li>Flexibility to perform overnight travel as needed.</li>
<li>The ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time while maintaining sharp attention to details.</li>
<li>Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. You would possess solid consultative selling and objection handling skills with an ability to uncover an opportunity and deliver the solution.</li>

<div><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Support the day-to-day operations of the sales team to help achieve company business goals and sales targets.</li>
<li>Coordinate patient and clinic requests: manage queries, prepare sample kits, and process order forms with accuracy and speed.</li>
<li>Deliver excellent service to clinics, physicians, and patients, fostering trusted relationships at every touchpoint.</li>
<li>Manage inventory: monitor and replenish consumables (streck tubes/kits) to ensure uninterrupted operations.</li>
<li>Track samples: follow through on QC completion and secure timely acknowledgement from customers.</li>
<li>Drive efficiency: identify bottlenecks in sales and service workflows, and take initiative to implement improvements.</li>
<li>Enable transparency: track progress of monthly/quarterly sales initiatives and prepare clear internal reports.</li>
<li>Support tools &amp; systems: help implement and optimize CRM/sales automation to reduce administrative load on sales reps.</li>
<li>Assist with events: coordinate logistics for seminars and other ad hoc activities as required.</li>

<div><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS</strong></div>

<li>Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.</li>
<li>Prior experience in customer service, patient support, or sales coordination is an advantage.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with sharp attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable liaising with both clinicians and patients.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, including flexibility for occasional support outside regular hours.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. OnePageCRM, Salesforce) is a plus.</li>

<h4>ABOUT THE ROLE&nbsp;</h4>
<ul>
<li>Based on an in-depth understanding of Lucence's technology and product portfolio and medical science, interpreting genomic alterations in appropriate clinical contexts and reporting (for both clinical and research samples) results accurately and timely following established procedures.</li>
<li>Working closely with the Medical Data Science team in the curation and maintenance of database - evaluating scientific publications/clinical studies and integrating functional effects of genomic variants and their associated diseases using standard terminologies and established guidelines.</li>
<li>Writing, maintaining, and updating workflows and protocols for clinical reporting pipeline.</li>
<li>Participating in research-oriented projects for clinical validation of tests (in collaboration with external organizations).</li>
<li>Participating in internal and external quality assurance programs.</li>
<li>Performing other relevant duties as assigned.</li>

<div><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS</strong></div>

<li>At least a degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or its equivalent.</li>
<li>Familiarity/good understanding in molecular techniques, genetics and NGS applications. Prior experience in research/clinical, in the field of cancer biology/genetics is a plus.</li>
<li>Good communication and presentation skills and an ability to write short summary reports.</li>
<li>The ability to work independently as well as in a team.</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail.</li>
<li>Flexibility in working on weekends, public holidays, from 8 am to 6 pm, based on staff rosters.</li>
<li>Strong self-motivation, resilience, adaptability, and a keen interest in learning.</li>
</ul>
