<div><br>The Medical Affairs personnel will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Lucence’s medical strategy, with a focus on precision oncology solutions spanning MRD, MCED, and therapy selection. This role will build and maintain strong scientific partnerships with oncologists, hematologists, and pathologists while driving evidence generation and contributing to clinical development programs. Preference will be given to candidates with molecular diagnostics or precision oncology experience, as this broad skillset enables cross-functional contributions beyond a traditional pharma background.</div>

<li>Based on an in-depth understanding of Lucence's technology and product portfolio and medical science, interpreting genomic alterations in appropriate clinical contexts and reporting (for both clinical and research samples) results accurately and timely following established procedures.</li>
<li>Working closely with the Medical Data Science team in the curation and maintenance of database - evaluating scientific publications/clinical studies and integrating functional effects of genomic variants and their associated diseases using standard terminologies and established guidelines.</li>

<div>Interns will gain insight into the inner workings of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and develop an understanding of the regulatory frameworks established by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
